T- 2 weeks! (ok, not anymore)

2 weeks 4 days to go until Baby girl's due date!!

It's unbelievable how fast time has gone! I'm still trying to make sure we have everything we need (of course babies don't need much, but somethings make life easier). I know we do have everything, its just getting it all set up and ready to go. Kind of like this post. I've been working on it for over 2 weeks now slowly adding pictures and what not. Now we are literally just sitting around waiting for baby girl to make her debut. Waiting is the hard part.

We had a wonderful baby shower, hosted by some lovely ladies from our church about a month ago. They did such a great job decorating and with all the yummy food! It is such a blessing to have a great church family. We got lots of goodies, clothes, handmade blankets, books, and more. I kept telling Lydia that we were going to the baby shower at church, and she said "Mommy, when are we going to give the baby a bath?"  haha, so cute.

diaper cake!

Cute sock bouquet

And I've been washing baby clothes…lots of baby clothes! I'm so glad we kept the majority of Lydia's clothes. Sure comes in handy!

My 36 week belly, sadly this is already 3 weeks old. But not much has changed, I still have a big belly haha.

This gal loves her cereal. We just finished a GIANT box of cinnamon toast crunch in about a week. I know, we are healthy eaters.

The last thing anyone wants to hear….SNOW!
I know you all got more than plenty and so did we. We only ended up with 4.5-5 inches but that's bad for a coastal place where no one knows how to drive in the white stuff.
Luckily Russ had Monday off for President's Day and didn't have to go back in to work for a few days.

But we have enjoyed it very much! Lydia has been talking and wishing for snow for so long now, it was nice for her to actually get enough to play in for a few days.

We had another snow soon after this and it was the perfect snowman building snow. You know, the kind that sticks together and not to your gloves.

Nothing like munching on a little snow.

Our family picture, I don't have much to wear in the snow these days.

I felt bad for the birds so I told Russ and Lydia to give them some seed. Mr. Red bird here was quite bossy and kept chasing the other little birds off. Good thing he was pretty.

So we've also had Russell's and Lydia's birthdays since I started this post too. Those pictures will have to go on another post. If I don't get this one posted soon I never will.

Get me mommy!!!

I can't wait to update you all when little one arrives. Like I said, we are just waiting around, no signs of labor yet. Due date is Monday and we are more than ready to meet her. Lydia is ready to start using all this baby gear we have. She's become an expert on how everything works.

I think we may be in for a little more snow tonight. Bundle up and stay warm! Spring is only 15 days away!!!

Love you all
